* Clients may provide a picture / textile / object of sentimental significance to them, as a design tool to guide colour & detailing choices during the production phase.

* Custom products are made to the specification of the client.

* The client is responsible for proofreading and approving the final specifications before production begins. Within 24 hours.

* Custom orders have lengthier processing times. These details will be specified in the approval stage before production commences.

* Due to items being produced specifically for the client , they are non-fundable and non-exchangeable.

* Production is based on the sizing & colour requests of the client, so therefore we are unable to take responsibility for errors in order specifications.

* SAKA ships all orders through postnet.

* We offer free shipping on ALL local orders.

* We happily support and accept International orders which will be processed through DHL express at their standard International shipping costs.

* Tracking Numbers will be provided in the last week of production.

* ALL Orders to arrive within 1 week of date of completion.
